1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase agreement is concluded with Knyfe Inh. Dennis Ulatowski.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an informal online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent via email immediately after submitting the order.

When the contract is concluded with us depends on the payment method you choose:

Advance payment
We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email. We will ship your goods after receipt of payment.

Apple Pay
During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Apple. There you can provide your payment details and confirm the payment order to Apple. After placing your order in the shop, we request Apple to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Credit card
When placing your order, you provide your credit card details and the credit card company performs an authorization check. After you are identified as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically initiated and your credit card is charged when the order is placed. The contract with us is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.

Klarna PayNow direct debit
When placing your order, you grant the online provider Klarna a direct debit mandate. Klarna will debit the invoice amount from your bank account. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit within two days after we receive your order (so-called prenotification). This concludes the contract with us.

PayPal
During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can provide your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal. After placing your order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Sofort by Klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH, where you confirm the payment order. This concludes the contract with us.

Google Pay
During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Google. There you can provide your payment details and confirm the payment order to Google. After placing your order in the shop, we request Google to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Giropay
After placing your order, you will be redirected to your bank's website, where you confirm the payment order to your bank. This concludes the contract with us.

3. Contract language, storage of contract text

The available language(s) for the conclusion of the contract: English

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to the listed product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more details about any applicable shipping costs in the offers.

We only deliver via shipping. The goods will be shipped only after payment is received. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

We do not deliver to parcel stations.

5. Payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:

Advance payment
Your order is placed. You will receive the seller's account details in a confirmation email. Delivery of the goods only occurs once the ordered goods are available and the full invoice amount has been received in the seller's account.

Credit card
When placing your order, you provide your credit card details. After you are identified as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and your card is charged.

Klarna PayNow direct debit
Following a successful address and credit check during the order process, you grant our payment service provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., c/o A&l Goodbody, Ifsc, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland (hereinafter: “Stripe”), a SEPA direct debit mandate when placing your order. Stripe will inform you of the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate, Stripe requests your bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is charged. The account will be debited after the goods have been shipped. For payment processing via Stripe, the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Stripe apply in addition to our general terms and conditions. Further information will be provided during the order process.

PayPal
To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal after the goods have been shipped. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process.

Sofort by Klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment order to us. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account is charged.

Google Pay
To be able to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have the Google Pay function activated, identify yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction is handled by our payment service provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., c/o A&l Goodbody, Ifsc, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland.

Apple Pay
To be able to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have the Apple Pay function activated, identify yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction is handled by our payment service provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., c/o A&l Goodbody, Ifsc, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland.

After placing your order, you will be redirected to your bank's website, where you confirm the payment order to your bank. This concludes the contract with us. 6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Warranty and guarantees

The statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with each product and on special information pages in the online shop.

8. Liability

We are always fully liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents
• in the event of injury to life, body, or health
• in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
• in the event of a guarantee promise, as far as agreed, or
• as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the contracting partner may regularly rely (cardinal duties) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time of conclusion.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute resolution

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Protection of minors

If your order includes goods that are subject to age restrictions, we ensure through a reliable procedure involving personal identity and age verification that the buyer has reached the required minimum age. The delivery person will only hand over the goods after age verification and only to the buyer in person.

11. Disposal and environmental regulations

The items, their packaging, and the included batteries are made from valuable materials that can be recycled. This reduces waste and protects the environment. Please dispose of the packaging in a sorted manner.

Electrical and electronic devices must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers can drop off their old electrical devices free of charge at one of the municipal collection points.

Some products offered by Knyfe contain batteries necessary for use. The description of the batteries and safe removal are described in the product manuals, which are available on the respective product page.

Used batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste.
Consumers are legally obliged to return batteries and rechargeable batteries free of charge here:
a) at a public collection point
b) wherever batteries and rechargeable batteries are sold
c) by mail to our shipping warehouse

Old batteries may contain harmful substances or heavy metals that can damage the environment and health. Batteries are recycled, as they contain important raw materials like iron, zinc, manganese, or nickel.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of in household waste.

The symbols under the bin represent:
Pb: Battery contains more than 0,004 % lead
Cd: Battery contains more than 0,002 % cadmium
Hg: Battery contains more than 0,0005 % mercury

Defective LEDs must be disposed of properly at an e-waste collection point.
